We Will Not Issue A Refund(s) On Orders/Packages That Are Sent To An Incorrect Address Provided By The Customer. We Also Will Not Issue Refund(s) On Orders Returned To Lillian's Lush Organics Because Of An Incorrect Address, The Original Package Can Be Resent But The Buyer Must Pay A $10 Reshipping Fee To Have The Order Reshipped To The Correct Address. The Original Returned Package Will Be Sent Within 3 Business Days. If The Customer Does NOT Pay The Reshipping Fee For A Returned Package, The Item(s) Is/Are The Property Of Lillian's Lush Organics.  Lillian's Lush Organics Is NOT Responsible For Lost Or Damaged Items Once They Leave Our Warehouse And Are In Transit. If Your Package Is Lost/Showing Delivered But You Have Not Received It Please Contact USPS For Any Accommodations.

If The Wrong Address Was Entered During Check Out And Your Address Needs To Be Changed Your Order Will Be Canceled And You Will Have To Reorder Your Items. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
